The Blackthorn Challenge is packed with obstacle courses elements and physical challenges requiring sliding, climbing, and balancing. Built on a galvanised steel frame with hardwood decking, this play structure includes an elevated hardwood podium joined to a small rope net climber which leads up to three steps and another deck towards a fibreglass wave slide. A wooden ladder bridge enables children to walk across from one structure to another, enjoying the view and the height. The bridge also swings slightly, adding to the fun and creating a sense of adventure and exploration for the children while the rustic bush pole handrails provide safety and stability points. Extra access points include additional wave slide and beaded rope net climber.
